Small GROUP PT

Semi-private personal training offers a unique experience where you train in small groups of

4-6 clients per coach. This setup allows for more personalized attention, ensuring you get the most out of each session. You'll enjoy the camaraderie of working out with the same team each session, making it a more social and supportive environment. Plus, it a comfortable alternative to larger classes, helping you feel more at ease while reaching your fitness goals.

Weights vs cardio

We don't believe in "Punisher Workouts". M Theory is a strength focused gym. We train to build strength, muscle, burn fat & have fun hitting PB's! We don't aim to thrash clients to the point of no return. The gym is empowering and should not be viewed as a chore. If you don't enjoy exercise it'll never be life long.

Semi-private training offers a significant advantage: the programs are tailored specifically to YOU! If you have an injury or find yourself unable to perform a particular exercise, just like in a personal training session, your workout will be adjusted to meet your needs.
